Can anyone recommend a good, fair priced, personal trainer in the Phoenix area? Hopefully towards the southwest valley.

    I recently joined the Desert Fitness gym in Gilbert and they trainers there are reasonable and all seem nice. Good Luck. PT is a great idea. Do it.

    Its more north of you, but you should ask Jeni about hers. At least you could just jump on the 101 to her gym.

    Obviously he's doing a great job... her weigh-ins are freakin amazing every week!
