What is your idea of a healthy breakfast

It is very important to start your day off with a healthy breakfast that will rev up that metabolism and sustain you until your next meal. What are your thoughts?

    I agree that a good breakfast helps start the day and it keeps you on track. I never use to eat breakfast and by night time i was eating out of control. Now with a good breakfast I find my eating is more reasonalbbe and I dont feel so hungry and deprived.

    I eat oatmeal every morning! I found a HungryGirl recipe where if you put in 2 cups of water (or milk) and 1/3 cup of oatmeal and just cook it longer, it gives you a huge amount of food (I'm super hungry in the mornings) and very low calories. I usually add some sort of fruit in with it - like a banana or pumpkin. Yum!
