Super excited about my losses and loving this site and my support:
Here are my totals:
1/18/12: 254.8
1/23/12: 252.9 (-1.9)
2/3: 249.3 (3.6) but this is over almost 2 weeks, but still doing the happy dance!0 -
It has been a crazy couple of weeks for me. I gained a little last week and only in the last couple of days have seen the scale start to drop a bit. It has been rough mentally, but I have made it through!!! I think I was retaining water for one reason or another -- increased exercise and/or increase sodium intake combined with not enough water? Either way, I am glad it is going away!

Awesome! Great job!0 -
01/16: 141.8
01/23: 140.4
01/30: 138.8
02/06: 137.8 (I think this is probably lower but had chicken last night that had been marinated in low sodium soy sauce and hadn't drunk enough water to compensate. A higher sodium meal on Saturday night also. We'll see what next weigh in brings.)
This method is helping me. I've told MFP friends about it and it is helping them too!0 -
1/2/2012 198.6
1/9/2012 194.4
1/18/2012 193
1/27/2012 191
2/8/2012 188.6
Doing and feeling great!!! I still love calculating with this method!!! Trying to hit my first 2012 goal weight of 185 by Valentine's Day... Not sure if I will make it by that day...but hopefully during that week sometime I will hit 185.
Have a good one all!!! :happy:0 -
Congrats - you all are doing so well! For those of you that are having success with this method, what are you finding to be your "sweet spot" as far as deficit goes?0

Going on 10 days without a loss.0

How is your water intake and sodium? I had a series of 3 weeks where my net loss was zero. This week I reduced my sodium intake and continued with my normal 12 to 18 glasses of water, and the scale has been dropping rapidly. Also, it sometimes takes our bodies a few days to recover from splurge days.0 -

My deficit last week was only about 2,500, but generally my average runs between 3,500 and 5,250. I have days with 1,000 calorie deficits and others with only 300.0 -
Pretty much the same here, 129.
Although I would love to have lost weight, I am so SOOOOO happy I didn't gain. My eating has been out of control; a handful of cereal here, a bite of banana and PB there. Not so much the amounts, but the lack of CONTROL is what's been disconcerting.
I still adore this method, and I feel much more in control in general being able to see what I have to work with number wise.0 -
Week 1 for me and I am down 1.2 to 188.6.0

Another large drop this week. I am thinking that my gain at the end of January was water weight, and that I am losing that water weight now. Likely while I was beating my head against the wall during those weeks, I was probably losing fat, but gaining water, and now that the water is falling off, I can see the true weight loss. Either way, I am glad to see some steady downward movement of the scale.0 -

Is there a way to see your weekly deficits or are you just manually adding up your daily deficits?0 -
