Hi just wanted to say that when i weighed today, I had lost 3 pounds !!! I had been stuck sense Jan. 23rd. I was so happy to have a loss this time. I thank the Lord for his help. Thanks for all the support, just wanted to say if your stuck at one spot, just hang in there and stay with it. Have a great day.
