Good morning everyone!
This weeks challenge:
START: Monday feb 6, 2012
FINISH: Sunday feb 12, 2012
It's SKIING SEASON!!!
Warm up is very important so start with:
- Single Leg Extensions
- Arm and Leg Lift
- Side Lunges
- Hula Hoop
Go on with some skiing:
- Ski Jump
- Ski Slalom
- Snowboard Slalom
And finish with some fun:
- Snowball Fight
You shoud do all these exercises everyday. Do as many reps as you want!

Now this is my kind of challenge!! I have real snow outside lol I could go have a snow ball fight but it's cold so I am going to take you up on this challenge and make the effort to do this every single day as well as my normal routine. Shall we post highest scores on the games that could make it more fun?0

Warm up
- Single Leg Extensions
- side ways Leg Lift
- Side Lunges - These were really difficult!
- Hula Hoop
Complete I did 10 mins Super hoop Because I love Hula Hoops!
My Scoeres were
- Ski Jump - 199 m Proud!
- Ski Slalom - 1.22.12
- Snowboard Slalom 1:05,15
And finish with some fun:
- Snowball Fight - this was the super advanced and I got 18 my reflxes are rubbish! Hope by the end of the week I can improve
My verdict is must do better!

Hey guys my laptop got fried from too much pics and vids. so its in the shop. My brother lend me his lap top for the night so i decided to come on buy. i see Barbara is doing such a good job thanks hon for posting the challenge. ANd you are all doing great keep it up. I hope i get back my laptop sooooon.0
