    :heart: This is the day that the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it.:heart:

    I know for myself some days it is not easy, but I think we have to make a decision on how we are going to let our day go. Are we going to keep our chin up, think of others and be thankful for all that we have been blessed with? I believe God wants us to be joyful and a light unto the world. We can all use our health journey to witness to others. We can decide that even when the counting calories and working out is difficult, we are not going to complain or give up. We are going to do our best, pray and know that God is on our side.
