Join Me?!

I want to challenge myself and anyone who would like to join me in completing a running goal for the month of Feburary. Any kind of movement counts walking/jogging/running/stepper/elliptical ANYTHING as long as it or you can calculate the distance. If anyone would like to participate that would be amazing because everything is easier with support. Okay, how this is going to work; put your name, start weight (if you'd like), and goal miles. I'm going to log my miles by day and would like everyone to do that also, so that we may encourage and supprot each other to continue. I will also at the end of the week record my weight so I may track my loss/gain/balance.

    Overall goal is to work my way back up to running 5K's with ease, endurance, and good time by spring, then work my way into a 10K by summer.

    It finally got cold here a few days ago, and needless to say, I don't feel like doing anything remotely active. Days like this I wish I had a treadmill/elliptical/something so I don't have to jog in place.
