Weekly Success: I'm calling this week's 0 lb loss a success - so much stress, sick, busy, etc. so I'm perfectly happy to be level (as opposed to a gain)
Weekly Struggle: I was not very dedicated to logging my food this week - very busy at work and then sick on top of it. And of course when I'm sick I go to comfort foods which don't help me lose weight :grumble:0 -

Very shocked at the scale, yesterday it read 192. Hopefully it will stick in my head and I can motivate to workout this week. Still trying to get down a schedule I can work with now that I have to study as well as everything else I try to do.0 -

I think I am on the verge of a plateau. I should have been down much more than 1 this week, but it doesn't seem to matter what I am eating, how much water I am drinking, or what color my hair is. I can honestly say that I will be floored if there is a loss next week. Despite that I am carrying on, hopeful that I will reach my challenge goal before the dealine, and my final goal weight before the end of the summer. In saying all of this... I am terrified that I may be plateauing... I've been there before and it isn't a happy place. I'm not sure what else I would change either to try and break through it. But we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
Weekly Success: Under calories, healthier food choices than I used to make, exercising
Weekly Struggle: Sleep, Stress and Negative Self Talk
This Week’s Personal Challenge: Perservere even if the scale doesn't move. Be proud of the fact that I have a healthy BMI and all of the "extra" weight loss is really just a "bonus." I will have a bikini body. It hasn't even been a year yet. 2.5 months until my one year anniversary here.0 -
