    Good morn all and my MOTIVATION is seeing the the resluts from my hard work is starting to show and pay off......Which makes me work even harder to reach my goal that i have set out to reach..........

    Same here. I cant see a physical change, and even after my eating expirence in Michigan my clothes are getting looser. Last night I put on some pajamas and it looked like they didn't ever belong to me, they were so big.
