    Been off here for a bit (operation) , just checking back what is going on?

    How is everyone doing?

    All in total lost 13kg since Xmas (not all recorded on here), need to drop another 5kg to feel good or 10kg to feel grear.

    At 65kg now, would love to go down to 60kg and if I go below that.. wohooooo
