Last night was tough but then I thought about posting here....and it worked! So, I brought my left over cake in to work today to "spread the wealth" a little. LOL!

Last night was a REAL challenge for me. I couldn't figure out why....even yesterday at work, I grabbed an unhealth snack not once, but TWICE, during the day!!?? I was just WEIRDed out about WHY I was *sabotaging* in this way.
Guess what?? Period showed up in full force TODAY! So, the fact that I did NOT late-night-snack last night (which was a tough haul, let me tell you) is MIRACULOUS.
I wish I could give myself 2 points for last night....at least I now *know* why my body was having these RI-DONK-ULOUS CRAVINGS!!0 -

Mrandall- i don't care if it is healthy or not....for me the issue is eating when i do not need to be so i count it 'against'

Thanks, karen....so long as I have <5 LNS in a month, I figure that's pretty fair progress (from every single night only a few short months ago!!).
This month, I might end up with 4....but I might not. I'm feeling pretty good about where I'll be in the evenings, this week - and what I'll be doing.
Oscars are on next Sunday - and that's a regular junk-food party with some friends, so I'm thinking that will be a LNS, for sure.
(That would make 4 in the month - which is fine.)0 -
