Zumba Calories burned 20/2 to 26/2

Hi everyone. i was thinking it would be a good idea to set up small goals to help us achieve our weekly zumba challenge. I hope you guys (and Vleeon who created the group) are okay with it (if not we can forget the thread)
This is a weekly challenge to meet at least 210 minutes of zumba (30 minutes a day), though you can set your own time goals for each week. Each day post the duration of your zumba workout, and how many calories burned, and how many more minutes left to go. I feel seeing what the rest of the team is doing per week could motivate us too!
Here is the daily update format.
Weekly Goal:
Mon: Zumba minutes (calories burned)
Tues: Zumba minutes (calories burned)
WEd: Zumba minutes (calories burned)
Thurs: Zumba minutes (calories burned)
Fri: Zumba minutes (calories burned)
Sat: Zumba minutes (calories burned)
Sun: Zumba minutes (calories burned)

FYI You can only edit your post for about an hour after you post it. You can either copy and paste into a reply or quote your last post to update

Hello team I would like to know how you count the calories burned. I am also doing the zumba challenge for 5omins a day.::0

im doing zumba wii and it counts them for me also it has different amounts for each song. you can go to zumba.com i think and look it up. also on here there is a cardio for zumba and you can add the time it will give you an amount but i find it not as high.0
