    Down another 3.4 lbs, so that's really close to 1/2 way to my feb goal. It was ambitious and I'm not sure I'll make it, but I really really want it. 2 more weeks like this one and it will be so. :)

    Down one for the week... I expected things to slow down, but maybe I will lose three this week. :happy:

    Those pants I mentioned I could fit into? Getting to be loose already. *sigh* They were supposed to keep me in work clothes for a couple of months, but I guess they ran a little big! Guess I will have to just ENJOY my progress, and get out the darn sewing machine. What a GIGANTIC sacrifice.

    **I am going to raise my goal of weight loss since I have lost almost 1/2 my original goal already. My new goal is 13 lbs for the month, which would take me down to 292.

    **Making change to starting weight
    Week 1 [2/8]: 308.8 [lost 4,2 lbs]
    Week 2 [2/15]: 308.8 [lost 0 lbs]

    My goal is still 13 lbs which will take me down to 300.

    Gone back to using my original scale, therefore original weight recordings.

    Being more realistic, I will try for a goal of 10 lbs instead of 13, which will make my goal weight 295 for 2/1.

    I was 291.2 pounds on February 1. I am down to 282.6 pounds as of February 23. I have lost 8.6 pounds for the month of February.:wink:

    Well, 2 lbs down for this week. Not as good as it needed to be to be right on track to meet the goal for Feb, but I can still make it if next week is phenominal. I'm down 7.5 for Feb and have 4.5 to go to meet 12.

    Yup, I still really wanna be down to 238 (my pre pregnancy weight) by my DDs 1st birthday... Good milestone. :)

    Looks like everyone is making good progress. I'm impressed every time I read the updates. I've lost another 2.5 inches since last time I measured. That's 9.25 inches in February so far. And I've walked 85.5 miles since January 6. (Yay me!) I'm hoping to hit 100 miles by the end of February. My goal is to walk 500 miles this year. :tongue:

    Jumping up and down, running around my house and screaming my head off! The dogs and cats are looking at me like I am crazy. I am, but in a good way.
