Tomorrow morning between 6-7am I plan on going for a run. It'll be the first one of the year, so nothing too crazy probably just a 20 minute jog round the park or something to that effect. With obligatory atmospheric slaying soundtrack to accompany me.
I'll track my progress with the Adidas MiCoach app which posts to twitter (@emmamcculloch81) for all to see.

Of course, if I were to actually run like zombies, I could probably hobble my way along...

Tomorrow is my interval run! Just a little 3-4 miler, nothing too crazy. I will hit it after work, though (not so into early rising lately). I will track it on MFP...

I ,heard on NPR there is a new Zombie run app coming out. They said it is basically like interval running with vocal cues as to when to speed up or change direction. It has progressive levels you can beat on your run. I love leveling up my fitness and I hope to get this with my new phone. I'm getting a motorolla photon my first real smart phone. I know I'm living in the dark ages.0

I'd be so much more motivated to run if i was actually dressed like a zombie chasing someone.. that would be so cool
Although I'm sure I'll get weird looks if i started running down the canal path dripping with fake blood and covered in dirt whilst grunting.0 -

So here's what i did today, anyway.....
Completed today's @adidas_miCoach workout - 0% score / 1.05 miles / 11:49 pace / 12:25 min / 99 cal.
Completed today's @adidas_miCoach workout - 30% score / 0.85 miles / 12:50 pace / 10:52 min / 81 cal
The top one was the assessment workout to calibrate the speed and settings of the app and stuff, and the one underneath was the run/walk/hobble/puke on the way back home.
not my best effort, but still an effort all the same. hoping to do better tomorrow morning!
