What races do you have on your schedule???

    Plan on the joggin for the noggin in Limestone for Crumley house. It's a 5K but I'm really trying to get my son into running so we just go at his pace so he can finish with me. I refuse to leave him in the dust. We did the susan g komen in kingsport and the turkey trot in johnson city...he shaved 10 min off his time!

    Music city half! Just finished the mercedes half. I am also doing the Nashville Women's Half in September 2012.

    Didn't get to run last race due to stomach flu and a nasty head cold :cry: We will be doing the colon cancer run in Kingsport in April. At least that's the plan.

    My family and I are planning on doing the Speedway in Lights 5k in November at the Bristol race track. I did this one last year and it was really nice so I'm getting my whole family involved this time.

    i'm doing the hot to trot 10k on thanksgiving day this year! woohoo!
