hi was wondering if anyone had tried any new recipes this week or recently that you found really good and lo fat. I know the main way to keep loosing is keep trying new things and not get burnt out on the same of things.

Found a yummy breakfast. Since I am allergic to the protein in milk I try to really limit my intake of milk. I have recently been using a whey protein powder and giving into things like yogurt and cottage cheese. I started having stronger reactions again, so I had to come up with something that is a good protein and tasty without milk. I came up with the combination of 1/3 cup oats, 1/2 apple chopped, 1 TBL peanut butter, 1 teasp splenda brown sugar blend, water, cinnamon and salt. Cook in micro and eat. An experiment that turned out really good! Total calories are 246 and 7 protein. I can live with that.0

I haven't tried this yet (it's on my list of things to make next week), but it looks good and I've heard really good things about it.
"no flour, no sugar, and no dairy added! Ingredients- 1.5 cups of oats 2-3 super rippened bananas 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce handful of craisins to taste cinnamon Pretty much just throw everything together, mix it up pretty well, throw it on a baking sheet at 350 for about 35 minutes and then go to town! It's great and super healthy for you!"0 -
