**I am going to raise my goal of weight loss since I have lost almost 1/2 my original goal already. My new goal is 13 lbs for the month, which would take me down to 292.0 -

Did you know that 46% of new years resolutions have given up by now? We are still keeping up the good fight and have the right tools to make it through the year. I know we can do this and we've already proven that we're capable. We are still here an kicking our butts... and it feels great!
This has been a tough week for me. Food and exercise wise, I'm ok, but I've been sick and I'm not seeing the scale move. I'm not ready to declare a plateau yet because everything in my body feels wonkie. I'll give it another week before I make changes and see if things level out and start doing what they are supposed to. I've found some good articles about plateaus and thought I would share. This is what I'm going to do next week if I don't see the results I'm working for:

Those pants I mentioned I could fit into? Getting to be loose already. *sigh* They were supposed to keep me in work clothes for a couple of months, but I guess they ran a little big! Guess I will have to just ENJOY my progress, and get out the darn sewing machine. What a GIGANTIC sacrifice.

Well, 2 lbs down for this week. Not as good as it needed to be to be right on track to meet the goal for Feb, but I can still make it if next week is phenominal. I'm down 7.5 for Feb and have 4.5 to go to meet 12.
Yup, I still really wanna be down to 238 (my pre pregnancy weight) by my DDs 1st birthday... Good milestone.0 -
Looks like everyone is making good progress. I'm impressed every time I read the updates. I've lost another 2.5 inches since last time I measured. That's 9.25 inches in February so far. And I've walked 85.5 miles since January 6. (Yay me!) I'm hoping to hit 100 miles by the end of February. My goal is to walk 500 miles this year.0
