THIS WEEK IT IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT. YOU HAVE A CHOICE ON YOUR WEIGH IN DATE. YOU CAN PICK FROM TUESDAY, WEDNSDAY OR THURSDAY. WE WILL DO IT THIS WAY TILL THE END OF THE CHALLENGE. NOW REMEMBER YOU CAN ONLY WEIGH IN ONE DAY, SO CHOOSE WISELY PLEASE ONLY PUT YOUR WEIGH IN ONCE. ALSO, DOUBLE CHECK WHAT YOU POST SO WE DO NOT HAVE ANY INCORRECT WEIGH IN. ***THURSDAY EVENING WILL BE THE CUTOFF FOR WEIGH INS***

That TOM last week really threw me to the loop! I am hoping to be down to 155 for my b-day (Saturday:)) so we will see how that happens.
Just an FYI I have upped my calorie intake from 2 pounds to 1 pound loss a week. This month I have only lost the weight now, so I feel a change is needed. I am gonna try and stick to the calorie increase and see how it goes! I hope everyone is having 'fun' with their weight-loss journeys!

I'm back to slow and steady again I do a lot of strength training, and I can feel more muscle definition. This may negatively impact my weight loss numbers as muscle does weigh more than fat. I went to see my mom today. I haven't seen her in half a year. She thought I looked petite and couldn't possibily be 150. She made me stand on the scale to prove it to her My mom is 1 inch taller than me and weigh 120 to 130 all her life. I can't wait to get down to the 130s too!0 -

What a GREAT week you had!! COngrats!!!! Looks like changing things up worked GREAT for you!!!! I also have started to eat MORE (like my trainer advised) and I have finally lost some weight!!! Crazyhow our bodies work sometimes!!!! keep up the Great work!!!
