I finally made it back to "Onderland" today for the first time since my 31 year old daughter was in grade school. I couldn't have done it without MFP and all the support I get here. My next goal is to make it to "overweight" rather than obese.

Happy Dance for you!!! I totally agree with you and my goal is the same. I've just lost my first ten pounds while on MFP and the support and encouragement I get here is one big reason I didn't slide back into old eating and exercise patterns this last week. It's amazing to have this support and these friends. Good job, m'lady. Keep it up!!!
