What is your favorite go-to healthy snack option when hunger calls?
For example: I was recently introduced to powdered peanut butter (ever heard of it?!). It has less than half the calories and significantly less grams of fat than normal all natural peanut butter and it is made from real peanuts still! I like to mix this and eat with a banana and small bit of honey.

Being that I have nut allergies, I had to find an alternative. I found Sunflower Nut Butter at our local Whole Foods Market. It has the exact same consistency as the peanut butter. I like to put it on a half of a toasted english muffin or use it as a dipping sauce for my sliced apples.
Other snacks I enjoy are clementines (Cuties), air popped popcorn (no butter or salt) or greek yogurt :happy:0 -
I have recently discovered HUMMUS!!! I Love it!! I also enjoy Luna bars or planters nuts0
