    I 'sort of' did :smile:

    I was in the middle of doing Jillian Michaels 30DS and my son called.......totally lost my mojo and did not finish the DVD.

    I think I only got in about 50

    Today's a new day!!

    I did 60 2/8/12....................I need to spread them our thru out the day, not try to get them all in at once

    I did mine yesterday. Going to HAVE to get them in today (no gym).
    And some pushups too. :)

    So what are you ladies doing to get in the 100?

    This is what I have been doing:

    10 basic crunches
    10 side crunches (not sure what they are actually called, you put your foot on your knee and lift opposite elbow up to knee)
    ^^^^^10 each side^^^^^
    10 reverse crunches
    10 lowering of the legs (again, not sure of 'proper' name, but legs straight up in air (on your back); lower legs to within 10 inches of ground......OUCH!!
    1 minute plank........I am counting this as 10

    I do this twice

    I'm doing:
    20 regular crunches;
    20 side crunches, R and L (put ankle on knee, hand behind head, and cross);
    20 reverse crunches (knees at 90 degrees, lift knees up and butt raises);
    20 bicycle crunches.

    I stole these moves from Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred, Level 1.

    Keep up the great work, guys! Twenty packs in no time! : )

    Guys, thanks for really getting this going...I'm not sure what the hell my problem is???

    Anyway...I'm back, I'll be doing this tonight... AND GOING TO THE GYM.
