Hi
I've read about the hybrid schedules and I'm interested - what are the benefits? Do you get faster results? I'm intrigued....
I am exactly one month to my wedding and want a final boost! I am doing CHX but wondering if I should try a hybrid. (My friend has turbo jam/fire which she can lend me)

Jodye - hybrids are a nice way to add variety to your workouts. As you know, when you do the same thing over and over again, your body gets use to it and you can plateau in your results. I really love a TurboFire or Jam mixed with Chalean Extreme - really balances out your strength training and your cardio training. I think it would be a great thing to do before your wedding! If nothing else, I would finish up your CHX but ADD in some Turbo for more cardio and fat burning. YOu can easily add a TF HIIT 15 or 20 in front of a CHX workout - I view it as a warm up! LOL! And instead of taking 2 rest days, take just one and do a 45 minute Turbo workout.0

Thanks for the help. What is the difference between Turbo Jam and Fire? I do not have very good cardio fitness, so am I better starting with one over the other?0

Turbo Fire is Turbo Jam kicked up a notch or two. I started with TJ, and now I am slowly adding TF workouts into the mix (I do the HIIT workouts)0
