So, I just started Turbofire (again, went 5 weeks last time) on Monday and so today marks Day 4!
I'm hoping to stick to the entire 20 week program and get the results i'm looking for.
Anyone else near the beginning? or have any advice, or progress to share?

I'm glad to that your starting Turbo fire, my advice is stick with the schedule it will help build endurance and once you build that endurance you may want to inculcate other workout for more of a challege but start to build endurance.0

My only advice would be to keep pushing play. Even if you feel like you can't do the entire workout, just do some of it. I think something is better than nothing. Even if you just march in place, keep moving!
You can do it! :happy:0 -

I'm not sure how much weight I lost in the 5 weeks because I wasn't weighing myself
I was going off how I looked. There WERE significant changes in how I looked.0 -
