    I like to run, but I have to loose some more before i can start doing 5 and 10ks.

    I joined the Cincinnati Running Club. http://www.cincinnatirunning.com/index.shtml
    They give some good info on routes and courses to take.
    They also send updates on events like 5k's

    I've never done one, but I'm planning on trying the Go OTR 5k this May.... its supposed to be pretty much the easiest one around town.... and it helps to support the revitalization of the sweet part of the city...
