    March 1: Walked classroom laps for an hour.

    Burned ~230 calories. Ish.

    Total for March so far: 1 hour :) Oh yeah baby.

    I don't know if I can hit 48 hours, but I am going to try to see how close I can get. TBH I'll be excited if I break 30....

    1 hour walking (3 miles)-- my commute lol ~200 calories
    Ran 6.5 miles about 55 min. ~ 675 calories
    Stair master 10 min ~ 115 calories
    lifting with circuit training 40 min ~ 150 calories
    yoga 20 min~ 50 calories

    total 185 min ~ 1190 calories

    K.. I knocked out 1:48 today....

    60 minutes on the treadmill walking.. playing Halo
    48 minutes watching two episodes of Comic Book Men on AMC and killing my abs and arms.... Someone finally pulled my suggestion out of the box...

    Probably burned around 400 cals

    46 hrs and 12 minutes remaining. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuukk. :flowerforyou:

    25mins on the treadmill
    30mins on the eliptical
    Clearly that s a total of 55mins haha.

    Burned 492 calories.
    These ppl are nuts, I have some catching up to do!!!
