Let's get moving! Tell me today how you are going to work toward your goal today.

I will be hitting the gym and/or going for a long walk this morning. I will be logging my food and water intake precisely and I will get 96 ounces of water.

    I will also aim for 96 ounces of water! I am going to the gym later. I plan on burning a minimum of 700 calories. :)

    I'm going to get lots of cardio in today, already did 20 minutes of jump rope! I'm goign to be strict in my calories today and I'm aiming for 96 too!! Happy day 1!!!!:happy:

    I did 30 day shred level 1 day 1 this morning and then went for a 2 mile jog. I plan on logging all my food and am aiming for 96oz of water as well. Also...I am going to AVOID the cookies my bosses wife brought in this morning as I know I will have no self control. After work I'm going to take the dogs on a nice long walk and make sure I get to bed by 10!

    I did a one mile walk and this is my first day to LIFT HEAVY! So excited!

    Well, my day started off great! Then this afternoon I took a tumble and really hurt and bruised my breast bone. :sad: Seriously, you don't realize how much you use that muscle until you can't! I couldn't even unscrew the cap off the jug of milk, lol. Other than that, I got all my water in...a tiny bit of exercise before the "incident"...and I feel pretty good about it! I went over my calories, but I'm okay with that.

    How was everyone elses day 1?

    My goal is to complete the 30 DS this week. So today I am starting at day 1. I also attend Zumba on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I'll get the cardio and strength!
