Hey ladies,
What is your March goal? I'm going to work for an 12 lb loss. I really want to start April in the 220s.

I would love 15 but set my goal at 10-12. I still can only lose 2 lbs one week and normally 1 the next. I added some cardio hoping that will give me a little more loss each week.0

My goal for March is to lose at least 10 lbs... that's half-way to my goal of being at 200 by May 1, at which point I plan to do something just for ME!

Okay I really want to do this!!! I have been getting irritated weighing myself everyday - a little up a little down - seriously it could be because I didn't do a number 2 (lol) yes I know gross but we all think about it!! So starting today I am just going to weigh in on the dates I wrote down here!
I would love to be down to 190 but will be happy with ANY loss!! Every month losing 10 would be AMAZING!!!

A little off-topic and maybe a bit TMI, but I need to get this out.. I've been gaining weight a lot this week and my tummy is huge.... and I think it's because I haven't gone in a few days and I don't know how to get things moving!
As for my goals... I am still BFing, so I am aiming for a 10lb loss maximum this month as long as it doesn't affect my already dwindling supply...0 -

Worked really hard this week very happy... I hope it continues... :-)0 -
I'm new to the group and going on 2 weeks on MFP, I "started" at 214, this was an afternoon weight with clothes, then switched to weighing in the morning before showering to get a more even reading. So far I'm down 12-13 lbs! I would love to drop another 10 before April 1st. Looking forward to my son's HS graduation in May (in Alabama), hoping to wear something cute and not feel old!
Oh, and I could use some more friends if anyone wants to add me.0 -

3/11/12: 221 ( -4 was the weighted I gain from the previous 2 weeks and the other -2 was to the good. Yay back on track. Last wk I started doing excerise videos M-F & started doing the C25K also.)

Sooo, this doesn't look promising! I started with a personal trainer and am working on letting go of the numbers on the scale. They are really starting to piss me off. We will keep on keepin on, but I'm not seeing what I want to. :explode:0 -

Plateau has been reached. Goal has not. -4.8 lbs this month... I worked too damn hard for that to be true. But it is and theres nothing I can do about it now. :explode:0
