The thirtieth dvd in your shelf of dvds, disregard any that have been taken out to watch, loan, etc. Number is kind of random, I chose it because I'm 30 next week but also because I wanted to started with a low number as I didn't know how many people have 100+ dvds.

In my case it's a dvd called Ghostwatch which was a BBC one off drama mistakenly believed on the night it was shown (Halloween '92) to be real. It was AMAZING!

I have multiple bookshelves full of DVDs...as well as 4 containers of DVDs in the attic! I really need to downsize.... Anyway, I picked the shelf closest and the 30th DVD is Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind.

I'm going to have to check out Ghostwatch - I love stuff that is mistaken as real. :)

It's fantastic, I'd recommend watching it, it might be available in parts on you tube, and then reading all the stuff about it (interesting article in Fortean Times) it scares the life out of me back then.

If it's in alphabetical order, start wherever A begins!

I have it by genre. Sci-Fi, Horror, Action, Comedy, Super Hero, Thriller, TV Shows, etc.

I think I will move from each genre like this

    1st Sci-Fi DVD = 1
    1st Horror DVD = 2
    1st Action DVD = 3

    blah blah...

    4th Thriller DVD = 13
    4th TV Show DVD = 14
    5th Sci-Fi DVD = 15

    and so on
  • On the front row my 30th DVD is Superman II

or you could go for 30th in each bit, I have sections, TV, all other films and horror, I think I'll do all other films and Horror now.

I'm doing my sections too. The first just feel in to the tv an other sections, my next section is every other genre of film, 30th dvd there is "The Brady Bunch Movie", and then the 30th film in Horror is "Demons", 30 isn't many in for me as you can tell (my dvds are alphabetical), I think we should go higher.

    Parks & Recreation Season 3

We don't get Parks & Recreation over here but it was something I seriously was thinking about looking in to, is it really good?

I love "Office Space", seriously thinking about getting it for my 84 year old Grandad as he'd watched "Falling Down" recently and thought it was a great comedy :ohwell:

The first season struggled a bit but the characters were so endearing that I kept watching and season two finally delivered. It's hilarious - along the lines of The Office as far as style. It's one of my favorite shows - I can watch it over and over (and have!).
