Didn't make it Wednesday night, but kept on track last night and then some. Ate within my calories and finished up an hour early.0 -

But, this comes with a disclaimer. I'm counting last night as a LNS. But, since I have been going to the gym, which I go to at night, I have wanted to have a small snack when I get home from working out. So, I think I'll change my time to allow for a small snack after a workout. :-)0 -

Okay, gang, this is my LAST report for February...I leave for Hawaii in the very early morn!! And, since I won't have any regular computer usage while I'm away (although I will continue to log my food and exercise...), I'll find you on about March 11th and see how you all are doing.
February was a GREAT month for us...tons of success on this board and the EFFORT is truly AMAZING!!
