You guys did great with yesterdays challenge!! I tried out Day 1 -Week 1 of the 30 Day Shred; IT KICKED MY BUTT, I'm so sore this morning! Lol.

Today's daily challenge will be simple for some, but more difficult for others.

Today is NO SODA DAY!

Take a glass of water, protein shake, healthy natural juice, but NO SODA!

I know you guys can do this!

    Ok, so since I've been cutting out soda any way, I'm going to modify it to "no tea" for me. That way I'll pretty much be forced to drink water or fruit juice, and most fruit juices are either high cal or contain questionable ingredients, so it will probably end up just being water =P

    This will be extra challenging since I'm going out for lunch today >.>

    Too late! I always have diet soda around 10 am at work, so I already did mine for today :(

    I very rarely drink any type of soda but today I had a diet coke with breakfast... oh well- I'll get it next time. Good news is I have already had 5 glasses of water, too.

    Yay! I dont drink soda and they are not in my house either! Actually, there is a 2L pepsi that has been sitting in my fridge for about a month and that is because it was left over from a get together! Lots of water for me today!

    And for those of you who aready don't drink soda, pick something else to cut out. Whatever you think your biggest vice is. Remember, it's supposed to be a challenge!

    oooooh - good challenge! That's one of my toughest vices.
    Hey can you make a challenge one day next week - no sweets, no candy or (unhealthy) snacking between meals???
    (READ: no freaking chocolate covered peanuts... :) ha ha ha ha - the lady in the reception area has them on her desk - it's killing me! :)
