9th Challenge - Biggest Loser

The Basics (which will stay the same for the next few weeks!)
Our 8th challenge runs from March 3rd - March 9th. Captains xls must be updated by 12pm Est on March 10 . As a captain, you can update the xls starting that Friday, March 9th, anytime after 12pm Est. (yes I did change the time, I am giving you a full day to get this done now. Please email me as well on MFP that you have finished updating your teams XLS tab.)
Immunuity
On each team, the person with the highest % of weight loss has IMMUNITY. (until I we are down to a smaller group)
Each team will have a chance for Immunity as well, this will be the team with the highest % of weight loss (until I we are down to a smaller group).
Eliminations
Eliminations will be based on the lowest % of weight loss for that weigh in. The two teams with the lowest amount will have two people up for Elimination. Each of those two people will email me (subject must say the week, team... example Week 1, Bluesers) and then in the body, you will tell me what you did for the week and why you should say. I will decide which one from each team stays, and we will move the other two people into the "At Home Prize" Category.
Eliminations will change up a bit, as we dwindle to the end. I will keep you updated on that as well.

TEAM CHALLENGE!!
Our 9th team challenge is.... Alternating Lunges! You dont know what a Alerternating Lunge is? Here is an explanation.

Start by taking a few deep breaths. As you inhale, carefully step your right foot out approximately three feet in front of your body. Make sure your foot is facing forward. Look down at your right leg. Ideally, your knee should be bent at a right angle with your thigh parallel to the ground. As you exhale, push off the ground with your right foot, coming back to the starting position. Now, perform the same move, but this time step out with your left foot. Repeat this exercise ten times on each leg before taking a short break. Do another two sets of ten repetitions in order to achieve optimal results.
Each Alerternating Lunge is 1. So you do the right, then the left lunge, and together that is one.
Just do the best you can. I am not going to tell you how many to do, but I will throw in an iccentive, the person that does the most alternating lunches, must email me by the 9th. In the subject, you will tell me how many alternating lunches you did for the week. This person will have Immunity. The person with the second alternating lunges will have a 1lb advantage. Sound good? (this only counts if you do not gain weight)
There will be a cooking challenge this week. It will be about desserts. It needs to be healthy. We all love a good snack. Make sure you get me the ingredients list, calories amount, and pictures of the finished product plus you cooking it. Do NOT forget, it must be posted under the recipes section. The cooking challenge is due March 8th by 8pm Eastern.

I COULDN'T DO THE DESERT CHALLENGE THIS WEEK. I LOST MY JOB AND PUTTING BASIC DINNERS ON TABLE IS TIGHT LET ALONE MAKE DESERT! SORRY!0
