I recently started losing weight, and my weigh in is on Mondays. A bunch of us at work have a 12 week weight loss challenge, and we each put $50 into the pot. Any week we don't loose, we have to put in another ten dollars. Good motivation, but this time I plan to go all the way down to my weight goal, which will be a 150 pound loss total.

11.4 pounds gone the first week.

I'll find out Monday what I can post for the second week. My average intake is well below what this software says it should be for a 1.5 pound per week loss, so I should lose something. I'm thinking most that weight loss the first week was probably water. But I feel better.

I don't see much posting activity here. Perhaps that will pick up.

    Yeah it's a new group so not much activity yet. By the looks of it so far that won't last long :smile:

    Well done on your loss. The first week loss is the best feeling ever!

    This is a new group, only started yesterday, so hoping ti will pick up and we can all really help each other move along with the weight loss journey! :)
