I hit the stop button on the treadmill by mistake (with my funny bone, nonetheless) and I think I was at 3.5. I ran 1.5 more to make sure I at least had 4 but given the time according to the watch, I'm pretty sure I did 50 -

I was only able to get in 4 miles this week. I have had some trouble with my knees that has kept me from running which makes me sad. There are 3 - 5k races coming up in my area and I so wanted to do at least 2 of them. I have been taking it easy and hope to pick things up a little this week in hopes to be able to do at least one of them. My daughter (she's 9 by the way) brought home a flyer on a race that she wants us to run together. So the goal is to run it with her on April 7th.0
