Daily Challenge:

- Get at least 1 full serving of fruits or vegetables each meal.

    only just seen this challenge and its 7pm here so ive already eaten my meals lol
    i managed 3 servings today though so i hope thats enough, ill have some grapes in a minute so i have 4 portiond for the day x

    Awh, I need to work out a separate plan for those in other time zones!

    But great job keeping it balanced, that's more than enough! :D

    Just saw the post and already done with breakfast and lunch but I can make up lost ground with my afternoon snack and dinner! Love a challenge that involves food :)

    Yea, I've actually had a similar problem today and yesterday... Do you think you could start posting them the night before?

    Just came home from work, I've had 2 cups of V8 fusion for breakfast and lunch, if that counts. With dinner I'm having asparagus and broccoli.

    Think I've managed it. 4 portions of fruit, and salad and raw veg. :)

    I got my four servings; strawberries, a banana, tomatoes and dates. I love dates. I find they are excellent for sweet cravings.
  • I had a vegetable packed beef stew last night, so I'm sure that counts for something :D
