No French fries for the month of March. *yikes* and to complete the 30 Day Shred. (but that will be done towards the beginning of the month). Hmmmm, maybe I will stay posted and borrow someone else's March goal. :flowerforyou:0

My goal is to get a fitbit and increase my activity. I want to be able to walk at least 15 miles 2 mondays of the month. That is in addition to my normal walking of 20-25 miles a week.0

Added to this... 100 miles of exercise (probably running/walking) for March. :happy:0 -

Try to get the calories in, without overdoing the carbs!!!
Hopefully keep heading in the right direction and not let work get in the way.0 -

I'm starting a yoga class tonight, so my goal is to take a class at least once a week. At home cardio 2 times a week. Been doing pretty good with the eating so I want to continue that and up the exercise.
Oh and I love my fitbit.. really motivates me to add more steps and go a bit further each day. I've been taking the stairs more and even been more active at work just to watch the numbers go up. Also LOOOVE the sleep feature, really shows me how much I've been sleeping and how often I've been waking up.0 -
@ Chattipatty2 I have a heart rate monitor too. but I do not want to wear it all the time it is not that comfortable. The fitbit is small and can be put in a pocket.0

I just do not want to wear a chest strap and the armband is not enough. I can check my heart rate any time while I am hiking. It does not take much to increase my resting heart rate of 48 to get to a good burn rate.0

Goal for March to get to -45 at -40.5 now, so possible, also to increase the intensity and calories burned on my treadmill!0
