Has anyone done and completed the inferno plan of Turbo Fire? I plan on starting it today and was wondering what people thought about the plan.

I did! I did 4 out of the 5 days (low calories really mess with my mind so I didn't make it to day 5). BUT I did see a huge change in my body. I lost a few inches overall, but it seemed like my body fat was redistributing itself - in a good way! I did mine after I completed the 90 days. It was a great way to end my first TF round.0

did you follow the meals exactly or did you just eat up to that many calories? (that they recommend)
I think i'm going to try the inferno once im done the first 12 weeks as well. Before i start in on the rest.0 -
I followed their meal plan. If I didn't like a snack they suggested I would just eat another snack out of the plan with the same calorie count.0

I have done it a few times and loved it but I followed my own eating guide which I believe I kept around 1200 and lost i think 4 lbs the first time I did it. My only complaint is that I found it too hard to go back to the proper schedule as I liked the inferno so much! So I did not ever do the toning/strengthening as I should have.
I then started the Chalene Extreme & TurboFire hyrid and am loving it too. I have seen amazing changes in my whole body (I started in Jan2012) and figure by summer I should have the best shape I have ever had and a heck of a lot more energy. Best workout ever for me (and I have tried LOTS of others)0 -
I'm going doing the inferno plan as a way to teach myself to begin working out. I'm not following the meal plan exactly but am trying to stay under my calorie count as stated by MFP. We'll see. Then I'll be on Week 1 of TF again. Moving my rest day to a Friday. It seems that if I break mid-week, i loose track.0
