Hey girls just thought id share some before and after pics with you all. I started at 282 and now im about 170, aiming to get down to 150, only 20 pounds to go!! :)

    You are amazing! Honestly, if you stopped now, you'd be great! I'm 5'11" was 270, shooting for 170ish... might go as low as 160 but 150 might be a little light for being so tall. Still, You've done very VERY well! You look much happier too!!!
