    Hello Everyone:

    I would like to join this group. This my 2nd week weigh in. I lost 3.8 pounds. My total for two weeks is 10.8 pounds (even though mfp shows it as 11). I guess its close enough.

    I am loving this site. I get excited about logging my food and exercise.

    I weigh myself 2 or 3 times a week just to keep an eye on how things are going, but my "Official" weigh in is Monday.

    I look forward to getting to know everyone.

    I just joined this group and I have a 0 weight loss. :( I just started working out last Thursday daily at least 40 mins a day.

    Hi, everyone!

    I lost 4.5 pounds since last Monday...I was 182 pds and weighed in at 177.5 this morning!
    I started MFP in January, and then I slacked off...my starting weight was 182,
    I lost 2 pds and gained it back with I stopped keeping track.

    I'm hoping to get a strong support system with joining this group...since I have commitment issues with exercising and eating "sensible."

    Lost 3lbs. since starting 2/23/12. Feeling encouraged but still a long way to go.
  • This is my first time weighing in from joining myfitnesspal.
    Today I weighed 138. I've lost 2lbs from my starting weight! :happy:

    Ok, it's not much but it's a start!

    Hi! I forgot to log my weight on this group, told my friends but forgot here!
    On March 5, 2012, I lost 5 lbs. It was my first week. I really watched my calories and did not think I could do 1200-1500 calories, but it is working!
    My goal is to exercise everyday! Hope we all reach our goals!

    Lost a pound in the week, this is my current status,

    July 2011 - Starting Weight : 225 lbs - Height : 5'11" = BMI of 31
    March 2012 - Current Weight 193 lbs - Height : 6'0"(im 15) = BMI of 26
    Goal Weight = 180 lbs.

    Just a note: There's a newer thread for this weeks weigh ins (12/3/12) and there will be a new one for each week so we can keep all our current WI posts together :smile:
