Hello everyone!

Wow you guys really produced yesterday and showed everyone what you are made of! I am so proud of each of you for been honest and letting us all know how you are getting on!

Lets have a good push this week and see what numbers we can pull next week!

Does anyone have any non scale related goals this week? I myself am aiming to shred every day and drink my ltrs of water!

    Yes, didnt we All do so well :) Great job group.
    My mini goal this week is to keep resisting the flavored coffee creamer (yummmmm). The Battle Plan is to bring my own milk and splenda to work. Wish me luck :)

    My goal is to get more exercise in. I am just starting back so only said I would do exercise 3 days a week for 30 minutes. I already have 45 minutes in today, so off to a good start.

    Going to try and not go over cals all week. Could be a challenge on thursday, as I'm on the road the entire day :( Need to think of a lunch and dinner that don't need refrigeration or heating

    my goal this week is to drink more water. I'm supposed to be nursing an injury to actual work outs are out :( Hopefully I don't gain again this week
