Hey! So I just joined the group after a fall back over the weekend... which I proceeded to over-eat way too much (though thankfully, on fruits and whole grain foods). The next few weeks I'll be working on a job where I may not get to monitor my food closely.. or even eat regularly, but I won't be able to concentrate on a diet much at all! At the end of the job though, I'm going to a convention and need to fit into a pleather catsuit, so this sounds like a great way to monitor my goals.

I love the idea of not weighing myself until the month is over, since my weight fluctuates each week regardless of my diet or exercise habits. I'm also trying to build up muscle and endurance for martial arts lessons! Looking forward to success in this group!

A trade off I may be doing instead of taking my weight every day is taking my main measurements.. :)

    Parisarkw just recommended to me putting tallies on your food diary for each day, since when she does it she feels less and less inclined to break the goal of 35 days. I thought this was a great idea and I'm going to do it too, but I wanted to share! :D
