All right, tell us how your first week went!
I'm still down 3 pounds and I'm finally feeling well enough to go back to the gym this morning. YAY!

Hi everyone. I'm down 1 pound in 1 week - which puts me on track to reach my goal!!!! Now I need to keep it going. Cause where my weight is now, I've been hovering for 3 months or more. I lose 1, gain 1, etc. Have to lose, and lose again, and lose again. These last 10 pounds!!!!!!!!0

I won't officially weigh until Friday, but I'm pretty sure that I am down a few pounds. My clothes are feeling looser and my husband said that my face is looking thinner.0

Unfortunately I have been battling the same pound for a couple weeks now, gained it this week...will probably lose it next week, repeat...but I've done 30DS 7 days in a row and ran 6 days, so I'm still very proud of myself:)0

I've been losing and gaining the same 2 lbs all month. I just hope it's muscle, because I'm getting really frustrated. I know the inches are coming off and that's all that matters..blah blah blah. LOL0

I weigh in tomorrow so I will see if I lost, I had 2 days of jry duty this week that killed me so I doubt that I have lost.0
