You guys all did so well! Some of you had tough weeks but still managed to do what you could. Some of you seen no weight loss at all, or numbers jumping, but do NOT let that hurt your spirit!!

    wed- 100 vigorous jumping jacks/ 12cups of water
    thur- jogging inplace with weights for 15min/ 10cups of water
