Hit my first mini goal by it's deadline (ok one day after it's deadline but it was hit:P)

I have increased my calories last week, my friend has given me an HM for my birthday and I am starting a new phase in my conditioning program. So I think I am going to stick my calorie intake for another week and see how it goes! I am really trying to eat cleaner but as a student granola bars are gospel:(

Sorry Partner and Red Team, no loss this week. My stupid scale is stuck again, so I am savoring each NSV as it comes--this week I am wearing another pair of pants that I could not fasten in January! and I am FINALLY losing some of my "meno-pot" too, my gut is down 3 full inches since we started 9 weeks ago! Maddeningly slow, but nobody but myself to blame for letting it get out of hand before I got serious and took action. Really eager to break that magic 150 mark. maybe next week.0 -

I had to go with what I weighed a couple of days ago, because I have not been able to get to the gym the last couple of mornings. I had to take my daughter to the doctors this morning and I might not get to go to the gym again tomorrow because she might have pink eye.

Not enough skiing and too much French bread, croissants, cake, rice, cheese, crepes, waffles, 0.5 litres of wine plus beer every day while on hols in France last week. Lol. Considering what I ate I'm surprised I didn't gain more!
I'm finding it easier to be "good" after a week of eating what I like though. AND I didn't have any food binges last week either!
