    I have just started using this app properly i'm based in nottingham i have been following Rosemary conley (basically calorie counting) for a little over a year and have lost just under 2 stone some friends to keep me on track would be wonderful as i'm struggling to stay motivated

    I'm born and raised a Londoner (but will be moving to either Somerset or Newcastle next year eeek) feel free to add. Been using MFP since last May and have lost nearly 4stone. Another 1 to go and I'll be happy!
