Hi All,
What a Titanic struggle, after having a lovely meal out on Wednesday I knew I was heading for a plus, but got my head down and did loads of power walking yesterday and dead chuffed came in with a pleasing result! Still got lots to do to get down to the end of month target, but just need to do better "every" day not just Thursday's?
SW = 181.8 lbs
GW = 174 lbs its a tough ask but I set out to be 168 lbs by the 27th April so gotta go for it!

My weight from last week seems to have got lost lol so I've re entered it here. This week has been a complete bust - Hubby's 40th birthday which has meant several meals out, lots of cake etc and TOM has just come to visit too. I'm getting serious this week, starting the shred again tomorrow (help!) and back to counting. Hoping for a much nicer number by this time next week!0 -
