Hello! How are you guys? Plans for the day? I'm going to try to run today. I've had some problems with my right Achilles off and on since late last year, so I'm really hoping it will be ok because I want to run Wine and Dine at WDW in the fall.

My friend is coming over tonight and we are going to hit the gym for probably 2 hours or so!!! Getting cardio and strength training in!!!0

We are going out of town to see family for the night ,but I'm going to try to squeeze in a run after work and before we hit the road. Plan on getting in lots of strength training when we get back sat night and sunday so I think its going to be just cardio for me today.0

Going to the gym today as soon as DH gets home from work. I took the day off from the gym yesterday, but back at it today.
Still trying to get used to eating more, but I know that I need to.0 -
Going to get outside and walk this afternoon and do the shred later also. Brought a healthy lunch to work today also0

Everyone sounds like they are having a great day! It's raining cats & dogs here, so I'm using the opportunity to clean my scruffy house,
