    so frustrating...the mid 140s will not let me go! been sticking to my calories and working out 1-2x a day. keep on keeping on and hoping for a better week next week.

    Ugh I hate not seeing results even though I'm doing things differently. Next week is mine!

    I HEAR YA!!!!! keep at it! and I strongly suggest taking your measurements. I didn't do that until a month in, but think it keeps you encouraged when you realize your loosing inches even if your not loosing lbs. Just turning fat into muscle! :)

    Apologies I haven't posted earlier this week until now, as its been a super busy week.

    I seem to be stuck around the 68-69 kg mark and can't seem to get below it. :(

    March SW 68.9 kg
    Weight on the 8th was 68.7 kg

    My goal is around or under 65 kg :)

    Glad I'm not the only one who gained. :( I have had a very emotional week, and I guess I haven't completely overcome emotional eating. But I will be ok. I will keep on logging and exercising and will be back on track. :)

    Actually I only gained about 1 pound, so change my weekly weigh-in to 194 please. :) Thanks!
  • Sorry this is late, but week one is 214.8. no change for me, but i'm okay with that because i was in my hometown all week with no gym and bad foods :P
