What is one goal you are going to set for next week?

To get up on Tuesday and Wednesday morning for a quick walk/run before I have to get ready for work. I got up at 5:45 this morning! So just 15 minutes earlier.0

To get up on Tuesday and Thursday to work out before school...I used to do this all the time, but I really have enjoyed my snooze button as of late!0

My goal is to get back into the working out thing ASAP! I'm going to wait until I'm healthy again, but it's killing me to not workout.0

My goal is to workout at least 30 min M-F next week and try to stay under my calorie goal!0

I have a couple, stay off the scale and keep my new workout schedule going. 35 minutes walking each day at school and Monday & Tuesday night water jogging. I hate exercise but these two things I don't mind.0
