I love salsa but I have to be careful of the chips because they add up fast. I should look for a baked version to see if I can save on calories. I LOVE the Balance Nutrition Energy Bar in the caramel nut blast flavor (tastes like a snickers) but they are 200 calories so sometime I only eat half. I've been trying to eat more raw veggies for the fiber like carrots, cauliflower and broccoli. Google "negative calorie foods" and it will give you a list of foods (mostly veggies and fruits) that are very low or no calorie but burn more calories digesting them than they count. And I've been hooked on red grapes lately. Good for you, great fiber, negative calorie food and I swear I can just eat one right after another like potato chips! I also can't get enough of the McDonald's Fruit Parfait with granola. It's 190 calories but so yummy and at $1.00 it's a cheap and easy snack to grab on the go. Ok, I'll quit now! : )0

I had 4 club crackers and a string cheese this morning (120 calories). This afternoon I'm having sliced apple with PB and a mini hersey bar (I wanted dark chocolate chips but I couldn't find them in the deep freeze this morning). Careful with the peanut butter as it can be a ton of calories. The last few days I have had carrots and ranch dip made from Greek yogurt (tastes just like ranch made with sour cream).0

Just a warning, if you are doing string cheese, they vary a ton in calories. I buy the Kraft 2%. I think they are like 50-60 calories which is half what some of the other ones were.0

The baked Tostitos are good, not sure how many calories are in a serving. I am also trying to incorporate more vegetables into my diet as well. I really like most vegetables, just need to make more of an effort to eat them! String cheese is a great snack option, because it is a good source of protein! Pam reminded me of the Vita Top muffins, low-calorie/high-fiber and yummy (just kind of expensive)! I need to buy some more of those!!0

Tami - Why dont you try salsa on a baked potato - very good! I really think planning is the answer - I try to decide in my head what I will be having for breakfast and supper for the week on Sunday. I also try to cook a couple of dishes on Sundays to have left-overs for lunch.0

The deep chocolate Vita Muffin is my reward at the end of the day if I have enough calories - have to have my chocolate fix:)0

My favorite snacks are Special K cracker chips (a serving is 110 calories and you get 27 chips!) and I'm also obsessed with Bagel Thins and Flat-Out Wraps.
Last night I baked a Flat-Out Wrap at 350 degrees for 7 minutes, topped it with corn and black bean salsa from Walmart, and sprinkled a little cheese on it. I threw it back in the oven for about 9 minutes and it was DELICIOUS. I will definitely be making it again!
For a sweet treat, I like mini Cadbury creme eggs. I'm a huge fan of Easter candy, and these are only 40 calories apiece, but they are super rich and yummy.
I've also started eating a lot of steel-cut oats. I had some for breakfast this morning and they kept me full until lunch, during which I had a second serving. I usually add a tiny bit of brown sugar, some almond extract, and a few dried cranberries. Yum!0
