Thought it'd be helpful to have a thread where we can share different health and fitness related opportunities going on in the area...anything from fitness challenges to workshops to special offers...


That being said...

Registration has started for this years Warrior Dash taking place in Huntersville May 19th & 20th. The Warrior Dash is a 5k obstacle course benefitting St Jude Childrens Research Hospital. It's a great opportunity for those looking for a fun physical challenge. www.warriordash.com There's also training schedules and videos on the website under the info section.

    there are still openings for the spartan race charlotte (at the white water center) March 24th and 25th. (I'm signed up for the 10 AM on the 24th)
